Alhamede drives the growth and strategic improvement of digital technologies across the entire business as the CPO of Disrupt-X. He worked with regional Telecommunication companies and Technology Service Providers. Throughout his experience he developed and deployed technology products that are employed by governments and large-scale enterprises. He is passionate about safe and sustainable cities and lives by the mantra of making technology accessible to everyone.

Hassnaa Moustafa has extensive experience in technology, product development, and research. Currently at Intel, she leads edge AI product definition and solutions for cities and critical infrastructure. She previously directed edge solutions supporting Private 5G across IoT, AI, media services, and Car-to-Cloud solutions for autonomous vehicles. Before Intel, she was Senior R&D Engineer at Orange, leading wireless network and real-time services solutions for the EMEA region. She holds a Ph.D. in Mobile Networks from Telecom Paris Tech, a master’s in Distributed Systems from the University of Paris XI, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering from AASTMT, Egypt.

Mohamed Saadeh brings over 25 years of expertise in the facilities management industry. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a workforce of more than 4,200 engineers and skilled professionals. He holds dual master’s degrees in Engineering Management (University of Hull, UK) and Business Administration (University of Northampton, UK), along with certifications in Facility Management (Franklin University), Sustainability, and Leading Safely. Recognized as “FM Executive of the Year 2024” and “Visionary Leader of the Year 2025” by Construction Business News Middle East. Mohamed Saadeh is an active voice in the industry, having participated in numerous conferences and events across the Middle East as an Expert in facilities management.

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Gary currently Managing Director of GCC at Rekeep, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in Operations and Maintenance, he oversees the Middle East business, focusing on achieving strategic growth, optimizing margins, and delivering exceptional service. Collaborating with functional directors, they ensure client satisfaction while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Mohamad is a top-performing and results-oriented Engineer with 24 years of experience in Facilities Management. On a more personal note, he is a loving father of three children and a passionate Harley Davidson Rider.

Ali is the Founder and CEO of DynaSys Networks, a technology start-up based in Pakistan and the UAE. He is also fellow of the USA based Institute of Space Commerce. Graduating as a telecommunications engineer, Ali joined the satellite communications industry in 2010 beginning his career as a systems engineer. He has, since then, held leadership roles in product management, commercial management, and business unit management. Ali has a rich and diverse profile in transmission networks, cybersecurity, and networking solutions. Ali has received numerous international awards and recognition for his work.

Nishat is a specialist Facility Management operations and quality assurance having 20+ years of experience in Dubai FM Industry. He has a strong focus on delivering high quality service and value for the client.
